Every day, a new diet is released into the world promising amazing results in minimal time and all with no down sides. So are these claims true?

The lemon detox, grapefruit diet, Atkins, bodytrim, weight watchers, jenny Craig, south beach, toni ferguson, Celebrity Slim, Intermitted Fasting and so many more all claim big things making it so confusing, so which should you choose?

Well before you rush to sign up or buy any of these diets, remember the health & fitness industry is a multi-million dollar industry with very few actually out there to increase your state of health. Remember it?s great to lose weight but not at the cost of your health!

I?ve heard this too many times to remember! On average of all the girls who try any of these fad diets only 3 out of 10 get any results. Now think about this if 100,000 people tried a diet and only 30% had success that would be a massive 30,000 people walking around raving about how good the diet was! Now if you saw a female friend get great results from using a diet, she was one of the 30% and you can count on that!

Unfortunately we spend too much time worrying about what results everyone else is getting rather than focusing on what we need. We are all different and generally this can mean what works for your girlfriend won?t necessarily work for you. There are 4 major body types for women and which one you are can dictate what you need to be focusing on when following an eating plan.

The other crucial point is that most of these diets revolve around weightloss rather than fatloss. I have personally seen girls completely transform their bodies while only losing 5kg (11 pounds) on the scales, but they have obviously lost a significant amount of body fat while slightly increasing their muscle mass. If you want that ?TONED? look than this is what you need to be focusing on. And I guarantee you will not get there by drastically cutting calories or reducing all your carbs as both play key roles in fatloss and muscle toning.

So which one is right for me?

Once you have worked out your body type, simply implementing the guideline for your type will be a huge step in the right direction. From there you can choose to implement more tactics to further increase fatloss. In my many years? experience, I?ve always noticed that the girls who get the best results are the ones who don?t listen to what everyone else is saying. Remember a new fad is released every week so there?s always going to be some new ?IT? diet that your friends or co-workers will be telling you about. But don?t be fooled, a real eating plan will stick to The Core Foundations of a Diet (CFD). And as long you are following those guides you?ll be doing better than anyone on a fad diet and better still long after they pile the weight back on you will be closer still to your hottest body ever!
